On paper, I am Rachel La Touche, BAH, MA, Ph.D.— CEO and Principal Consultant at Rare Talent Consulting Inc. I’ve spent over 15 years working on organizational culture, mental health, and professional development. With a Ph.D. in Sociology and a few awards under my belt, I’ve built a reputation for spotting patterns, solving problems, and designing strategies that help workplaces actually work—for people and performance.

In practice, I’m a curious problem-solver with a knack for connecting the dots others might miss. Being neurodivergent means I see things differently, often noticing the small details or hidden patterns that hold big answers. My sociology background? That’s my secret weapon for finding solutions that make sense for everyone, not just a select few. Add empathetic listening to the mix, and I’m all about figuring out what’s really going on so we can fix it, together.

Outside of work, I’m fueled by travel, animals, and a low-key obsession with plants. I’ve lived in four countries, learned five languages, and never get tired of exploring—whether it’s a new culture or new ways to make workplaces better. Let’s build something great.

Hi, I’m Lily Frimpong, an Honours Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of Toronto and Strategic Marketing and Insights Lead at Rare Talent Consulting Inc. I love combining creativity and strategy to bring powerful ideas to life. With over five years of experience in marketing and project management, I’ve worked on impactful initiatives like the National Youth Summit, a two-day virtual event that helped over 400 youth find jobs during the pandemic.

I’m passionate about uncovering insights that truly resonate and crafting strategies that inspire. Whether it’s leading a digital transformation, planning events, or collaborating with diverse teams, I thrive on creating meaningful processes and building connections. People often say I bring energy and positivity to every project I take on—and that’s because I’m genuinely excited about what I do.

When I’m not brainstorming campaigns, you’ll find me mentoring, discovering new restaurants in Toronto, or planning my next adventure. For me, it’s all about creating work that matters and making the journey as rewarding as the destination.
