Client Equity Fund

Rare Talent Consulting is committed to providing low and no-cost services to clients with unmet equity and access needs. Each year, we provide up to 50 hours of pro bono and subsidized coaching and support to clients facing systemic barriers to their employment success. Your generous support helps us deliver this programming through the Client Equity Fund.

    Dr. Temitope Adefarakan (she/her)

    Dr. Tope Adefarakan is Assistant Professor of Black Canadian Studies, Teaching Stream at University College of the University of Toronto. She holds a Ph.D. from the Collaborative Doctoral Program in the Department of Sociology and Equity Studies in Education at OISE/UT, and the Women and Gender Studies Institute.
